Responsibilities

As ourMarketing Specialist,you will:

• Work closelywith the founders, sales, product, and operations to support employee and customer communication, messaging and positioning, value proposition development, and sales enablement.
• Manageour overall marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives together with our executive team with support from our customer success and sales teams.
• Compile and analyze market datafrom competitors, clients, and government grant research.
• Build business intelligencefor sales, productivity, employee, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teamsto execute collateral, client presentations, proposal templates, etc.
• Measure the effectiveness of all campaignsand activities to guide strategy and develop reports for the Venturi team.

You Should Have

• Communication skills.You have outstanding written and oral skills. You are able to translate business offerings into simple-to-understand language quickly and easily. You are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge. 4+ years of experience with B2B marketing and utilizing theLinkedIn & Canvaplatform is highly prized.
• Personality.You are creative, friendly, and engaging, ready to take part in team discussions to provide ideas and solutions.
• A collaborative-customer-focused mindset.You are 100% customer-oriented, stressing customer engagement over perfection. You work well in a team environment to quickly and regularly ship high-quality marketing materials.
• Drive.You are self-motivated, able to work independently or with a team and you want to measure the impact of your efforts on the business.
• Education.You have a degree or diploma in fine arts, graphic design, marketing, advertising, business and/or communications.
• A desire to grow.You have an interest in active learning and teaching – mentoring those junior to you and learning from everyone around you. You believe that the team is best when everyone grows and succeeds with you.
