Sales And Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cannabis Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop new marketing campaigns, and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
Create marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other channels
Manage relationships with key customers and partners
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements
Requirements:
degree or certification in Marketing or related field not required but an asset
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cannabis Sales/Marketing or related field
In-depth knowledge of the cannabis industry, including regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable plans.
