Our client Platinum Grover 2023 is a leading company specializing in top-quality structural steel pipe and piling solutions across Canada and the United States and they are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill two exciting positions: Senior Sales Representative and Sales Representative
1. Senior Sales Representative:
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify key market insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide mentorship to a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and market presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the steel pipe and piling industry (an understanding of pipe, including grades, classifications, mechanical properties, uses, etc.) or related fields such as heavy industry or foundation services including engineering.
- Strong leadership abilities and the desire to guide and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- An ability to self-motivate and manage/prioritize your time well
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A valid drivers license and clean abstract
2. Sales Representative:
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Senior Sales Representative and other team members to execute sales strategies effectively.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Stay informed about industry developments and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- Travel required within the assigned territory.
- A valid drivers license and clean abstract
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
