We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. - Support sales representatives by providing product information, pricing details, and sales materials.
- Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and track sales data, such as sales targets, revenue, and customer trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software ( Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
