Marketing Technology and Growth Specialist


The Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Growth Specialist brings significant specialization and expertise, operating across the division. You will be responsible for leading marketing technology, automation, and digital marketing, as well as leveraging marketing to support business growth and development, as core components of the role.


What will you do?


MarTech Management
  • Managing MarTech vendor agreements and relationships.
  • Producing formal documentation surrounding stakeholder/business requirements, technical specifications, project plans, status updates, and training procedures.
  • Supporting division and corporate strategic planning by advising on MarTech options, considerations, and opportunities.
  • Leading multi-year platform planning, roadmap development and life-cycle management.
  • Managing integration of MarTech platforms and information related to customer experience management.
  • Overseeing knowledge management and training of MarTech platforms.
  • Monitoring and reporting on industry trends, best practices, and experimentations surrounding MarTech.
  • Leading the planning, acquisition, implementation, and management of marketing technology (MarTech) across the division, including:


Service Automation


  • Managing end-to-end automation of ad content creation, media buying / management (budget allocation) and campaign reporting. o Leading automation of personalized omnichannel engagement across brand touchpoints and CRM platforms.
  • Automating social (online) listening, sentiment analysis, and issues flagging / management (leveraging tools, such as Sprout Social, Meltwater, Brandwatch, etc.).
  • Centralizing and automating dashboarding of campaign, channel, and customer analytics.


Digital Marketing


  • Collaborating with Regional Marketing Managers, leading search engine optimization activities, including competitor analysis, search word assessment, keyword content integration, Google AdWords campaign management, A/B testing, and other activities.
  • Collaborating with agencies to design and effectively execute digital campaign strategy.
  • Supporting regions with social media delivery (content strategy, growth, and reporting).
  • Establishing and managing the structure of digital advertising and analytics accounts across the division.
  • Collaboratively supporting websites under the division, including researching, creating, and publishing website content as well as developing and managing campaign landing pages (collaborating with the Interactive and Design Specialist / Partner).
  • Leading the development, implementation, and performance of email marketing campaigns.
  • Managing blog platforms and long-form content strategy.


Business Growth and Development


  • Aiding the development of marketing assets aimed at supplementing throughout the sales process.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Supporting relationship management and development activities.
  • Contributing towards the development of realtor / sales incentives and promotions.
  • Supporting the development of communication channels and content aimed at informing sales staff and partnering realtors.
  • Taking part in the planning and selection of downstream performance measures.
  • Exploring insights and leading market indicators coming from the realtor community.

  • Three to five years of marketing experience, with proficiency in areas of:
  • Ability to manage a digital marketing budget and share results-oriented recommendations.
  • Experience in delivering well-tailored guidance on marketing technology sourcing through to implementation, and operation.
  • Marketing technologies;
  • Completion of a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution.
