Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, prepare and attend trade shows, handling marketing and promotional activities, cost tracking, creative design, and sales materials (maintain brochure, website, social media, etc.)
• Manage inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
• Nurture and manage relationships with existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts for strategic planning.
• Plan and execute sales trips, engaging with prospective clients and partners.
• Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives and strategies to explore new opportunities in Canada, United States and other potential overseas markets.
• Create accurate and competitive quotes that align with revenue and profit targets.
• Manufacturer Sales representatives: Collaborate closely with our manufacturing partners to optimize sales strategies, address challenges, and explore new opportunities. Work hand-in-hand with the production team to ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing and sales processes.
• Maintain and update the CRM database regularly, providing insightful reports to the management team.

: As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in generating and qualifying sales leads for our industrial sales teams in Canada, the USA, and other overseas markets internationally. Leveraging your B2B and B2C sales experience, you will research, identify, and engage with Distributor and End User prospects, building and managing your own pipeline through email, and social media engagement. Collaboration with our North American and overseas sales team members and other departments will be crucial to your success.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

• Proven track record of success in sales management within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in business process outsourcing sales is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
• Proficiency in computer use and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as MS TEAMS and Office 365.
• Fluency in French is an asset.
• Outstanding organization and time management skills.
• Strong sales planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
