Director Of Brand Marketing

Job Summary:

Shisso Tea Company is seeking a talented Director of Marketing with a focus on CPG products. This

role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand

development, overseeing eCommerce, developing subscription models, managing trade marketing, and

driving sales. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the executive team to develop a robust

marketing plan that supports our business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
• Manage trade marketing activities, including product launches, trade shows, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies, including website development, online advertising, and SEO/SEM.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Develop subscription models that support our business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive sales through effective marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
• Manage the brand development process, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a start-up environment with a focus on CPG products.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive business decisions.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Experience in brand management, e-commerce, and subscription models, and trade marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
