Job Description
5th World Regenerative Agriculture Corporation, is seeking a Digital Marketing and Sales Manager to support our education team. As a rapidly growing permaculture and land regeneration company, we are on a mission to promote and support regenerative practices by changing mindsets and economic systems. The Digital Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and advertising campaigns that effectively promote our mission and services. This individual will also work closely with our team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our core values and business goals.


As a member of the e-commerce / digital marketing and sales team you will be responsible for our customer journey and nurture strategy with the ultimate goal of driving revenue. You will be responsible for all aspects of e-commerce from strategy through implementation, and analysis, assessing product performance with an aim to improve ROI. Continuously thinking outside the box to improve our systems and product delivery to increase conversion, revenue, ROI, and retention.


Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage website analytics tools to effectively attract new leads, track and report on website metrics to assess product performance (including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates)
  • Build landing pages and lead capture forms, and create A/B tests to evaluate their effectiveness
  • Sales & Upsell/Upgrade Campaigns
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Nurture & Sales Communications
  • Work with products and leadership to set pricing strategy
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Work with Product Marketing Sales on website strategy and oversight including blogs and SEO for key pages
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ad Campaigns with the goal of continuously improving conversion rates.
  • Optimize the company's marketing e-commerce platform, ensuring that it is user-friendly and efficient for customers. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the company's e-commerce platform
  • Work with the systems administrator to manage the marketing automation platform, including user management, data integrations, and platform updates
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, proactively recommending improvements to meet business goals. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Tag management
  • Designing and implementing effective marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and journeys
  • Post registration campaign, online sales and marketing strategy and development, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and required legal regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Manage in-house digital marketing budget
  • Ability to seamlessly manage multiple e-commerce systems and integrations in order to improve customer journey and maximize ROI (manager)

Requirements


  • Experience with developing exceptional customer journey within our CRM and e-commerce systems to improve the customer experience, retention and conversion
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and advertising campaigns across digital channels
  • Proven experience with of digital paid advertising strategy and optimization to improve conversion rates
  • Gamification strategy would be an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, ideally in an online business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with e-Learning would be an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to use SEO and digital marketing systems such as Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager to improve website traffic and conversions
