Human Resource Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly reporting on recruitment KPI's
• Assist with arranging for all physicals and additional background checks for potential candidates
• Assist in house interviews, and selection for a variety of roles
• Attending job fairs to attract new talent
• Additional duties as required
• Arrange for travel and accommodations for training sessions for all successful candidates
• Maintain ATS data base to identify possible candidates
• Maintain active postings on a variety of job boards
• Conduct phone screens
• Assisting in preparing venues for large group interview/information sessions
• Represent the company's brand, safety and culture in all activities
• Utilize social media tools to engage with potential candidates

Qualifications
You are an experienced, service-oriented Recruiter who thrives in a multi-disciplined environment where attention to detail, multiple touchpoints, and a sense of urgency compel you to do more!

• Post-secondary education in business and/or human resources preferred
• Proven computer skills and previous experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
• Thrive working with strict deadlines and volume targets
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks
• Superior customer service skills
• Driven by exceeding goals
• 3+ years experience in multi-disciplinary Recruitment role
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic, action-oriented team
• Excellent organizational and execution skills, and the ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Experience working as a industrial recuriter or in similar industry
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required

Summary
Must be able to provide 2 supervisory/managerial work references from recent previous employment
