Administrative and Industrial Recruiter

Reports to Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Primary Responsibilities

You will be responsible for recruiting administrative and light industrial roles for our dealerships across Canada. This position will require you to get creative while sourcing candidates via a variety of means. This will be a high volume position with 20-30 monthly placements across over 50 locations.

Primary Duties

• Interviewing candidates in person and virtually
• Finding candidates that have the potential to grow within Go Auto. We have the best promote from within culture out there and we are looking for up and comers ready to develop
• Writing and posting new job postings
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of talent to ensure the dealerships staffing needs are met across all dealerships in Canada

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment is an asset but not required
• An outgoing personality that is motivated by meeting new people
• Impeccable writing skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while being motivated to exceed deadlines
