1 to 3 years proven experience as a customer service

Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience

Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.

Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.

Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.

Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.

Provides guidance to entry level engineers.

Utilize the Stock System to manage Stock requests.

Manage vehicle ship through or ship to requests for both Factory and Stock orders, as appropriate.

Manage order changes or cancellations and for Factory orders and status for Stock Orders.

Manage FleetTrak processes (order discrepancies, price negotiations etc).

2-5 years relevant automotive experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on prioritization

Manage client, dealer and OEM exceptions

Secondary school education or equivalent

Proficient and accurate data-entry skills

Responsible to handle the administration of payments to include:

Audit and verify all price levels

2-4 years customer and dealer contact experience

2-4 years Remarketing Lease End related experience (preferred)

Strong Verbal and Written Communications skills

Development and presentation of research materials for senior management as needed.
