- Appraise all vehicles coming in for service; provide customers with a vehicle appraisal, indicating the current vehicle trade in value
- Analyze market conditions; monitor current dealership portfolios in an effort to ensure vehicle acquisition opportunities
- Locate, evaluate, and complete the purchase of pre-owned vehicles for resale from auto auctions, customers and othe dealers
- Work closely with Service department to determine vehicles scheduled for maintenance
- Coordinate the shipment of vehicles to the dealership
- Log and record data related to appraisals, customer responses and analytics in the dealership management system and/or customer relationship management system
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- A proven commitment to quality of work
- 1 to 3 years proven experience as a customer service
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- Proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)
