Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Vehicle Ordering Specialist based in our Mississauga Location.

What will you do?

• Place factory orders utilizing online platform and retrieve manufacturer’s daily order acknowledgements.
• Manage order changes or cancellations and for Factory orders and status for Stock Orders.
• Assign delivering dealers for factory orders and audit clients back up for factory orders.
• Locate vehicles out of dealer inventory that best match client’s needs and provide Cap Charts.
• Maintain manufacturers order guides and communicate bulletins to Sales Team.
• Manage FleetTrak processes (order discrepancies, price negotiations etc).
• Negotiate dealer mark ups.
• Utilize the Stock System to manage Stock requests.
• Manage vehicle ship through or ship to requests for both Factory and Stock orders, as appropriate.

What are we looking for?

• 2-5 years relevant automotive experience
• Knowledge of Provincial vehicle dealer regulations (Asset)
• Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
