Great communication, organization and coordination skills

Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel a plus

Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team

Interview and hire sales people

Able to manage client experience expectations, ensuring brand’s goals are met for every client interaction

Able to consistently meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales objectives as determined by management and reach growth in sales YoY

1-3 years of managerial or supervisor experience

Execute daily opening and closing responsibilities including POS and cash drawer closings, etc.

Ability to accurately collect customer data at Point of Sale in compliance with local/state guidelines and manage client communication appropriately

1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service

Coach staff on compliance with sales standards and programs and always utilize performance management strategies to ensure best in class execution

Possess a keen eye for merchandising, inventory management, and creating effective store design

Accomplish multi-product sales performance, outstanding customer experience and operational objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and managing employees

Teach employees to uncover customers’ needs through skilled questions, perception and empathy, escalating any issues as required

Must have high level of interpersonal and customer skills to work with others, motivate employees, and assign work as required

Resolves customer issues and/or complaints and keeps manager informed

Provide feedback to Manager, Sales on inventory performance, merchandising presentation standards, customer trends and issues

1-3 years supervisory experience with accountability for sales and service

Retail selling experience in a luxury environment preferred

Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Provide sales floor supervision by spending the majority of the time on the selling floor

Retail Management or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred

Strong planning and prioritization/time management skills

Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning of business initiatives for your store location

Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations by supporting the store vision

Provide feedback to General Manager & District Director, identifying high profit potential and category business trends for your store market

Resolves customer issues and/or complaints and keeps manager informed
