FAM Ti is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Representative reporting to the Head of Sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and market trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials, technologies, and applications.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Proven track record of sales success in the flexible packaging industry.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
