Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketer at Magical, you will have a wide scope of responsibilities with a primary focus on driving top-of-funnel growth, such as installs, while also monitoring full-funnel metrics including activation and retention. We will look to you to own our technical marketing channels including technical, programmatic SEO, email, website optimization & localization, affiliate, and eventually performance marketing. In addition, you will dream up up non-conventional tactics for reaching and acquiring our target audience.
Your role will involve:
  • Monitoring and reporting on key growth metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, retention rates, and revenue generated.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and data analytics, to drive growth initiatives and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Utilizing a range of marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, email, referral, affiliate, web optimization, and eventually expanding to paid advertising.
  • Developing and executing innovative, unconventional tactics to acquire new users and customers.
  • Owning Magical's install growth strategy backed by data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • A creative and strategic mindset, enabling you to develop impactful and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to identify trends and patterns within complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, referral marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, demonstrating a successful track record of driving sustainable and scalable growth for businesses.
