What you'll be doing:

As a Growth Marketer, your role will be multi-faceted and dynamic. You will:

• Ultimately, drive lead generation and enhance the value of our sales pipeline
• Innovate and execute experiments on existing and prospective marketing channels to bolster Together's growth
• Synthesize marketing data to draw actionable insights
• Conceive and execute lead generation strategies

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation roles
• A results-driven mindset with a proven history of achieving growth targets
• The ability to think strategically while possessing an operational mindset; skilled at crafting a marketing strategy and independently executing it

An understanding that your success goes beyond the "number of leads generated" and is measured by the impact on revenue.

• Proficiency in working with Hubspot, our chosen CRM/marketing automation platform
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions

Salary:

• $115,000 CAD (inclusive of base, and target bonus)
• Equity and annual stock bonus plan

Location

We support remote work but also offer well-equipped office spaces in Toronto and Vancouver for those who prefer a traditional workplace setting.
