We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Strategist to manage and execute ad campaigns across various channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in paid advertising, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and a proven track record of driving growth through effective ad campaigns. This role will involve working closely with channel representatives and external agencies to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of paid advertising strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to achieve desired ROI and growth objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on paid advertising strategies and best practices
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant channels
  • Collaborate with channel representatives to explore new advertising opportunities and maximize campaign performance
  • Stay informed about changes in ad platforms' algorithms, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with external agencies, ad agencies, and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
  • Identify and target key audiences for maximum reach and engagement
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to optimize campaign strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and paid advertising strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive optimization decisions
  • Proven track record of driving growth through successful ad campaigns
  • 2-5 years of experience in paid advertising, preferably with a focus on digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in paid advertising
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ad creative development and optimization
  • Experience working directly with channel representatives and external agencies
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, etc.
