We’re looking for a proactive Content Strategist, who is a social specialist, to deliver engaging, narrative-driven content across a variety of brands.
You will be excellent at identifying and crafting stories for multiple clients, creating strategically sound publishing plans and toolkits, and overseeing the community management for multiple brands, as well as oversee, proof, and edit the work of direct line reports.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our strategy, creative and design teams to deliver unbeatable content in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
You’ll have a good knowledge of culture and be quick off the mark when it comes to social platform developments as well as proactively identify opportunities for brands. You’re able to spot a good angle a mile off and stay on top of the social landscape.

Main Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Pitching for new business and workshopping content ideas with existing clients
  • Overseeing the day-to-day community management of writers, pushing them to look for proactive ways to grow accounts and drive fame for brands
  • Guardianship of clients’ tone of voice and the quality of content output
  • Attending and present in client-facing meetings when required
  • Producing strategically sound thinking from content pillars, content strategies and content laydowns for multiple brands as well as overseeing the day-to-day planning, creation and delivery of content
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to expand your client’s social presence
  • Overseeing, subbing, proofing, editing, and signing off best-in-class content by writers both on your team and other teams too
What are we looking for?
  • Confidence in attending and presenting in client-facing meetings
  • High level of proactivity
  • Experience of measuring the impact of work post-publication
  • A flair for storytelling across multiple social platforms
  • Flexibility to work in a reactive way and the ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines
  • In depth knowledge of how to use analytics and data to inform content creation
  • A minimum of five years’ experience with a proven content strategy, publishing, journalism and/or marketing background. Three years experience working within social is preferred.
  • Flawless editing and proofing skills
  • Demonstrable experience of crafting publishing plans and toolkits for a variety of brands
  • Strong sub-editing skills
  • Deep platform knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing social content best practices on each.
  • Experience working within a creative agency
