// SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• This is a remote position, so being able to work independently is necessary
• Experience as a team leader/ manager or project management
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• A rockin’ portfolio of work that can show off strategic development, conversion-based copywriting knowledge, as well as your advertising campaign planning knowledge
• GEM #2 - We’d like to see some of your campaign work. Please make sure this is added to your portfolio.
• A marketing degree with 3-5 years of social media experience in an agency or freelance setting
• Experience in managing and communicating with multiple clients, setting goals and helping clients achieve those goals

// A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Assist with UGC style content and tiktok growth
• Set client KPIs & report on those metrics monthly
• Communicate with clients
• Market research & trend hunting
• Strategic development and campaign planing / calendars for our clients
• Assist with conversion-based copy
• Review monthly content calendars and offer/ suggest revisions
• Communicate with the branding and creative directors
• Lead calls and generate new clients for the agency
• Develop growth plans
• Delegate to our content creation team & manage social media team workflow in Asana/Slack
• Assist with onboarding
• Train /educate the social media/content creation team to meet the demands of the industry

// WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Detail-oriented & exceptional organization skills
• Experience as a strategist and managing content calendars of multiple brands
• Experience in training
• Knowledge of how to use project management tools such as Asana and Google Drive
• Management (client and team) experience
