Key Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Partnership budgets and projects as they arise
• Track and maintain vacation requests and team calendars
• On-Board New P/T Casual Hires – Background checks, Deal Memos, IT & Security
• Track production expenses & process invoices
• Support studio labourers and set designers
• Other duties as assigned
• Support studio production staff

Critical Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of APSS, ARIBA, SAP & Media Pulse is an asset,
• Familiar with ACTRA and knowledge of contracts and experience working with unions
• Post secondary education in Broadcasting or related field is an asset
• Experience working to deadlines, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize projects is essential
• 2-5 years Production experience
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
