We seek a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Lead/ Strategist & Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be a digitally-native individual passionate about creating engaging and innovative content that resonates with our target audience. The role will require you to be in tune with the latest social media trends and techniques and be comfortable on camera.


This candidate will also be asked to show instances in which they have successfully scaled or been a part of a team that has scaled their social presence, specifically on TikTok.


Responsibilities


  • Source high-quality UGC to feature in 437 content and creators to partner with.
  • Continuously analyze and report on social media metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to develop and execute influencer campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in social media, and regularly share insights with the team.
  • Develop and execute an innovative and standout social media strategy that drives social growth, engagement, traffic and sales, specifically on new audience discovery platforms like TikTok.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative and unique social media campaigns that engage and grow our audience, drive conversion, and are highly engaging.This includes understanding our different audiences, and being able to strategize and reach new groups.
  • For each collection drop & marketing initiative, build and maintain a centralized, integrated and comprehensive content plan & calendar based on the overarching social strategy with consideration of channel-specific strategy.
  • Manage and create engaging social content for up to six social media accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest), ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives. Produce and collaborate on high-quality, on-brand content for social media channels, including photography, videography, animations, and copywriting. This role will have some content creation support but the candidate should be comfortable creating content.
  • Responsible for engaging with the 437 audiences and community. This includes: Responding to post comments, creator tags and mentions, direct messages, and liaising with Partnerships and Customer Service to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the marketing team.


Requirements


  • Exceptional visual and written communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and successful social media campaigns.
  • A passion for fashion, swimwear and activewear.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, photography and videography.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Comfortable being on-camera and speaking to the audience.
