We're looking for a fun-loving enthusiast who thrives in creativity, brings out the best in a team, and can drive our marketing campaigns with relentless positivity. The role is hybrid with in-person days in either our Toronto or Calgary offices. Sound like you? Read on!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the director of marketing to turn marketing strategies into winning campaigns.
• Plan and promote exciting events that reflect Sportball's commitment to fun, camaraderie, and skill-building.
• Master marketing software tools and use them to advance our brand and reach our goals.
• Execute marketing campaigns that reflect the enthusiasm, positivity, and spirit of Sportball while reporting directly to our Head of Marketing.
• Create content that resonates with our audience, highlights the joy of sports, and promotes our vision of fostering physical literacy and teamwork.
• Design vibrant social media graphics, short-form video, and presentations that amplify our brand voice.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest, personal connection, or passion for marketing to the parents of young children!
• Hands-on experience with event planning and promotion.
• Remarkable organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in website design and development is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
• 3-4 years of experience at an agency or in-house with a B2C company with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Familiarity with content management systems is a cherry on top!
• Solid experience with marketing software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
