Responsibilities:

1. Develop Creative Strategies: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their business objectives, target audience, and brand vision. Use your creative thinking and market insights to develop strategic plans that align with clients' goals.
2. Brand Positioning: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify unique selling points, market trends, and consumer preferences. Utilize this information to develop effective brand positioning strategies that differentiate our clients' brands from competitors.
3. Campaign Development: Lead the development of creative campaigns that align with clients' brand identities and target audience. Develop compelling storytelling concepts, messaging frameworks, and visual designs that resonate with consumers and drive engagement.
4. Content Creation: Work closely with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and videographers, to develop high-quality content that supports the strategic objectives of each campaign. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, reflects the brand's personality, and effectively communicates key messages.
5. Collaboration and Client Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of creative strategies and campaigns. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, presenting campaign ideas, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, using data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future strategies. Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients on campaign performance and areas for improvement.
7. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to drive innovation, recommend new strategies, and ensure our clients stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and strategies is highly desirable
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software for research, analysis, and campaign management
• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role within a marketing or brand curation company
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior
