Role Overview

Creative Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and creative minded Creative Content Coordinator to join Acquire’s Creative Performance team. The Creative Content Coordinator will be responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and overseeing launch of creative assets for our clients. They will have a strong understanding of our client’s brands, as well as Acquire’s methodology for conversion based creative. We rely heavily on the intersection of data and creativity, showcasing our superhuman capabilities to drive sales for clients.

Responsibilities

• Help facilitate the creative request flow between internal Performance and Creative departments ensuring creative assets are developed, approved and launched on time
• Attend client meetings and own the client creative approval process
• Familiarize with brand guidelines + understanding correct typesetting per client
• Provide notes from client meetings to creative, ex. Product specifications
• Write video and ad copy
• Ensure spelling and grammar are correct while maintaining brand’s tone and voice
• Liaise with the client to ensure our creative is reflecting product in stock, on sale, etc.
• Update ClickUp with status of creative

Experience

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Bilingual is an asset
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, but can also work well in a team
• Professional client communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to proactively organize daily tasks and make your own to do list
• Passionate about media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations
