What you Bring

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to build teams, align with the strategic plan, set priorities and lead teams
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience that promotes collaboration, effective project management and strong partnerships
• Well-developed analytical skills with a keen eye for details
• At least 8 years of related experience, ideally in an agency environment servicing complex client requirements or within entertainment/media production
• Ability to negotiate and positively resolve conflict
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian buying associations

What you’ll Do

• Responsible for providing strong leadership to align the Creative and Production Team with organizational values, mission and vision.
• Contribute to the effective delivery of the Creative Services Scorecard in support of the Organization Scorecard.
• Takes accountability for attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Proactively works to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Project manage projects and pitches for internal and external clients.
• Manage buying process of premiums, promotional merchandise and teasers for each program.
• Works to contain potential risks to the team by adjusting plans and managing workflow.
• Share learnings to support Wynford’s commitment to continuous improvement.
• Acts as a ‘change agent’ to implement changes within team to encourage a culture of curiosity, creativity and critical thinking.
• Manage U.S. buying association (Advertising Specialty Institute – ASI) and Canadian buying association (Promotional Products Professionals of Canada – PPPC).
• Supports the Creative & Production teams by ensuring resourcing, scheduling, projects and contractor management are managed to meet timelines and are within budget.
• Responsible for project budgeting, reconciliation, premium buying, and print production in a timely and accurate manner.
