Job Description

The Project Manager is the day-to-day, primary contact for customers as it relates to all phases of pre-production, production and post-production, while ensuring exceptional customer experience and quality of work. Creative agency experience is preferred but not required – a great opportunity for a more junior applicant to support growing business into 2023 and beyond!


Responsibilities

  • Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field (a combination of education and experience can be substituted)
  • Dedicated to working hard and meeting deadlines while championing quality control
  • Exceptional customer service skills and works well in a team environment
  • Creative, solution oriented and passionate about bringing new ideas to the table
  • Customer focused and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience in an office and/or agency environment (previous production experience is an asset)


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience


Job Duties

(* denotes an “essential function”)

  • * Arranging client product shipment, and manages any follow-up inquiries to ensure it arrives on time
  • * Leading client calls (program kick-off call, pre-production call)
  • * Leading development of all pre-production documents
  • * Working collaboratively with all internal teams to deliver on the brand’s style
  • * Leading internal client briefs as a passionate brand champion for all their clients
  • * Keeping all content program information up-to-date using Tag Canada’s program management software
  • * Primary contact for customers as it relates to photo and video production to ensure exceptional quality work and customer experience
  • * Running production date for all clients (get clients settled upon arrival, join virtual studio for remote clients, etc.)
  • * Secondary contact for customers as it relates to sales
