Day-to-day Salesforce Management including project setup and cloning

Day-to-day management of creative ad campaigns including scope assessment, leading project kick-offs, dictating timelines, and task management for the production team

Desire to grow into a client-facing project management role

Manage communication with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, and clients, making sure all parties are informed on status, timing, and roadblocks

Must have a base knowledge of technology and digital media

You have strong project and account management skills with agency experience

You have strong written and verbal communications skills

You have a strong working knowledge of all social media platforms, including: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter

You track progress, understand requirements, communicate status to project partners, and problem solve to facilitate workflows

Partner with creative leadership, marketers to resource project plans and manage multiple project workflows

Manage tasks and subtasks in Asana to keep project information updated and organized, including the associated documentation, status sheets and assets

Manage relationships with team members in marketing, product, translation, and engineering to guarantee a smooth operational process and successful project delivery

Must have previous project management experience and proven ability to meet time critical deadlines
