Hi, I'm Maddie, the Growth Marketing Lead here at Mejuri. I am responsible for managing all of our paid digital marketing efforts across North America. Over the past few years, our team has scaled and experimented on many paid social channels including Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok to name a few. We work very closely with both the creative and data teams to drive customer acquisition and growth for the business by executing on new and exciting cross functional media campaigns. I am so excited to share that we are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our team!
This person will be responsible for managing our paid social media channels to ensure that we are acquiring new customers as efficiently as possible. Our ideal candidate is able to flex both creative and quantitative muscles to execute successful campaigns and distill the learnings so that we can constantly improve. The entire Growth Marketing team, including this role, is critical to the continued success of the business.
What you'll do:
  • Deliver weekly and ad hoc reporting to track performance against core conversion KPIs
  • Own creative ad trafficking in platforms to ensure timely roll out of launches
  • Brainstorm, plan and launch experiments on a rolling basis, working cross functionally to measure success and share insights
  • Track and monitor channel and market level budgets to ensure we are spending in line with our targets
  • Assist the manager in identifying areas of optimizations within all areas of a campaign from creative messaging to daily spend targets
  • Execute and optimize Mejuri's paid social campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok & YouTube across all of North America
  • Work closely with the creative team to complete traffic sheets and request and iterate on ad creatives using performance data
What you bring to the team:
  • Excitement about working in a fast paced environment and a willingness to adapt to change quickly
  • Experience in managing and executing multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in excel in order to monitor performance against target KPIs for paid social channels
  • Knowledgeable on digital marketing best practices and paid social media trends
  • Hyper-organized and excellent at balancing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Execute paid marketing initiatives to attract, engage, and convert high quality prospects that become Mejuri loyalists!
  • Experience managing acquisition focused paid social campaigns across FB/IG and TikTok (Youtube a plus!)

  • Previous experience working with data visualizations tools, such as Looker or Tableau
  • Previous experience working with an e-commerce turned omni- channel business
