You are a confident Strategic Growth Manager with a history of proven results and a drive to excel.
In this role, you will lead and manage growth initiatives from ideation to execution. This involves collaborating across teams, setting clear objectives and timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation of Chalkboard+. As a key member of the Account team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that drives the member acquisition, onboarding, retention, and revenue growth for the Chalkboard+ brand powered by Perkopolis.
This role requires excellent platform knowledge, strategic planning, storytelling, and client communication.

What you’ll be doing:
·Drive Revenue through accelerated Partner and Member acquisition
·Build, own and be responsible for your funnel: from lead generation to acquisition and retention, you will execute strategies that drive membership acquisition.
·Meet targets and specific account management performance metrics. Leverage software to prioritize activity and engagement.
·Champion Perkopolis value added services to current and potential Partners.
·Build strong and collaborative relationships clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
·Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
·Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
·Develop an excellent understanding of product launches and provide recommendations to clients.
·Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with Marketing, Data and Publishing teams.
·Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience analyzing and presenting reporting and analytics.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma University degree in relevant field
- Ability and willingness to travel within Canada.
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- 4+ years of experience in a similar or related role
- Ability to work in a team setting and autonomously.
- Solid understanding of the sales process/cycle
- Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to clients at a variety of levels.
