Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented digital marketer to join our dynamic team. The digital marketer will play a key role in launching our cloud-based product/platform and expanding our market presence and achieving our strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strong business acumen.


Responsibilities:


  • Gather customer feedback and insights for product enhancements and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics to track ROI, optimize marketing activities, and generate actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage leads, track campaign effectiveness, and maintain customer data.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Produce compelling marketing collateral, such as sales decks, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers, to support sales efforts.
  • Produce and manage website contents for our B2B cloud-based product based on the inputs given by the technology and management teams

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge in software industry, technology, SaaS fundamentals and cloud.
  • Familiarity with software products and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales methodologies, lead generation techniques, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Content Management Systems like WordPress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients at various organizational levels.
