Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a distribution center.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor), Warehouse Management Systems, and Shipping Systems.

Manage daily facility workload, prioritize tasks, and resolve production obstacles.

Manage department expenses, review invoices, and ensure budget adherence.

Provide leadership to supervisors, team leads, and coordinators, ensuring performance standards are met through coaching and feedback.

Good communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.

5+ years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.

Distributor and / or Supplier experience required.

Demonstrated skills as a change agent and collaborator.

Fluent in English; additional French language skills an advantage.

2 – 3 years of Program Management or BU Management or close work in channel programs projects

Working knowledge and experience selling technology solutions

More than 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management of utility construction projects with increasing responsibility required

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).

Manage and validate the monthly PSA audit, performed by 3rd party

Manage the POS deployment in the region

Manage Speed to Market Execution, account prioritization and cycle execution.

Working knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources.

Excellent time management and computer skills.

Coordinates order service by directing account representatives and executives on quotations, proposals, project order management techniques, and customer complaint resolution.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.

Develops and administers sales plans to ensure customer satisfaction, assigned quota attainment, good reference accounts, and highly skilled and motivated staff.

Manages sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or an equivalent combination of studies and experience;

Evaluate and ensure the operational productivity of his team and participate in performance management;

Manage the staff of the teams assigned to him (recruitment, leave, rest, on-call duty, professional interview, assessment interview);

Replace the Distribution Manager when necessary.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;

Experience with the implementation and use of leading Warehouse Management Systems. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle preferred

5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience, with demonstrated expertise in Distribution and Warehouse Management roles, 3PL experience or related field

Provide thought leadership on Distribution Management

Champion transformational change management, collaborating with and influencing key business partners

Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance, as it relates to Supply Chain Operations

Effective interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and manage change

5+ years of proven operations or distribution management experience required.

Focus on continuous improvement and make recommendations to senior management on programs to improve operations.

Work with sales to develop and maintain customers through innovative service offering and performance.

Oversee all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Fulfill roles and responsibilities of absent employees as needed including DC manager

Special projects as assigned by management

Must be able to pass certification of training on warehouse equipment where applicable (ie: fork truck, wave picker, pallet jack, etc)

Minimum of 3 years prior supervisory experience desired

Experience creating international courier shipments (i.e. UPS, DHL);
