Operations Analyst
Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has multiple openings for Operations Analysts with strong experience in Customer Service, microsoft office including outlook and excel to place at our client, a Technology Service Provider.

Position Overview
As the Operations Analyst you will provide support in the capacity of onboarding of new staff for a client downtown Toronto, Ontario working with a team. Your professionalism is vital to make our customers, vendors, employees and guests feel like their needs, concerns and questions are taken care of.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Maintain a good relationship with the client to ensure all requests are addressed in a timely manner and within SLA.
• Greet end clients onsite and validate Identify of the person as per Client provided criteria and receipt of the onboarding details for the Client and the onboarding date/time.
• Setup initial user ID and password for user as aligned with password policy defined by the Client.
• Create user photo ID and verify the signature of the new user and issue photo badge and barcode for new employees (via onsite dispatch or Tech Locker)
• Re-issue photo badge when badge is expired, lost, damaged, faulty or when picture on badge is faded (via onsite dispatch or Tech Locker)
• Handle any deactivations of the photo access badges.
• Keep track of all new user creations or modifications through ITSM System
• Perform other duties as assigned by Computacenter management.
• Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
Location This role will be at client location(s) in downtown Toronto, Ontario Canada
Experience
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate office – technology industry preferred.
• 2+ years of office management experience.
• Working knowledge of service delivery management tools such as ServiceNow, along with other MS applications such as MS Word and Excel.
Skills & Competencies
• Exceptional customer service skills. Possess the ability to interface with different personalities and individuals with their inquiries.
• High attention to detail – ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Adept at handling interruptions and multi-tasking during high-volume periods.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), CRM systems and ERP systems.
• Must exercise the utmost discretion due to the confidential nature of work being performed.
• Outgoing personality with top-notch organizational, time-management and follow-up skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively on a team.
