As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting multiple internal teams, with a specialized focus on Sales and Recruitment, Client Solutions and Operations teams, while also indirectly supporting our valued clients, through the creation, management and delivery of materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in client intake and uptake calls, providing market intelligence and advice
- Optimize CRM and sales workflow, ensuring that best practices are followed and data is captured and analyzed
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure requirements are understood and candidates meet client needs
- Champion best practices and processes as they relate to the recruitment lifecycle
- Adhere to SLAs, providing reporting and insights for quarterly business reviews
Sales Support
- Assist with ad hoc administration duties for each assigned client (ie. scheduling interviews, client communications, maintaining client organizational charts, etc.)
- Create, manage, and supply support/materials for Account Executive use
- Maintain Sales Interaction tracker to assist AE with tracking important client touch points, key information needed to assist in the development of new and existing sales funnels, utilizing task reminders in Bullhorn CRM
- Champion knowledge of assigned client SOW/MSA’s
Reporting
- Provide end-of-month/quarter KPI reports for AE outlining overall performance and effectiveness
- Manage and oversee all candidate placements
Administration
- Format and publish new job descriptions after AE has entered them into Bullhorn
- Update CS toolbox, SOPs, in Notion database
- Carry out/Collaborate/Assist with AE administrative duties when required (Change Requests, Job Creation, Placement Creation/Onboarding, etc.)
What You Bring:
- University degree or 1-2 years of experience in a similar Sales Operations role

- Experience with Microsoft Power BI tool or other similar interactive data visualization software
