What You Will Be Doing

• Customer quote preparation
• End-to-end processing of customer orders
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders
• RMA processing
• Working with channel partners to resolve order issues
• License and subscription management

• The same thing every day
• Working with one isolated team or level in the organization

Basic Requirements

Sales Operations Specialist key responsibilities

• At least 2 years of experience working with Google or Microsoft applications (e.g. GSuite, Microsoft360, etc.)
• Previous experience in an operations role

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
