Reporting to the AVP of Product Marketing, the Team Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and prioritizing marketing initiatives to ensure that the department's marketing efforts support our client's Financial Product and Sales B2B strategy and goals. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with our Product, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams and become a "go-to" person for each. You will build and lead a high-performing team of two Marketing Specialists, driving results through effective coaching and development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Measure campaign effectiveness through reporting metrics.
• Create and maintain a high-quality work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives using various tactics (email, digital properties, incentives, tradeshows).
• Develop, manage, and prioritize marketing initiatives to support our client's B2B strategy and goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team for their success.
• Lead and develop a team of two Marketing Specialists.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and recommend new approaches.
• Craft compelling copy for marketing initiatives and enhance the copywriting skills of the team.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and become a go-to person for marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and write Marketing Requests/Briefs and develop marketing plans.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrate strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Understand the competitive dynamics of life insurance products, Sales, and Distribution in the U.S./Canada.
• Possess 3+ years of team management experience.
• Have 5+ years of experience in Marketing.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices.

Education

• Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field.
