Energport, Inc. looking for several Regional Sales Manager/Contract for our world-renowned Battery Storage systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of all Lithium-iron phosphate battery storage systems that are supplied through Energport; from within a territory located in Canada

We are proud to announce that we have commissioned over 137 projects, saved $6 million for customers, and have 525 MWh contracted or installed globally In addition to the U.S. domestic market. Meanwhile, we are on track to secure 200MWh of contracts in overseas markets, and + 14 million system operating hours.
Compensation
- Traveling Territory: USA, Canada, and possibly Europe, Australia, China if needed
- Travel and Cell phone compensation
- Salary: Diversified options: Commission Base only; Base pay + 401k match and Company provided RSUs (Restricted Stock Unit), Plus Commission, etc.
- Full Benefits Package – Including medical, dental, vision, and PTO (Paid Time Off).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
Job Overview
The Sales Representative is focused on driving incremental sales by providing exceptional customer experience to current service databases and identifying new business opportunities. It always strives to drive loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans.
- Analyze market and research competitors.
- Responsible for promoting the company’s BESS products and lithium battery cell products.
- Identify customer needs through telephone and face-to-face communication.
- Assist the company in developing new markets and new customers.
Essential Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Knowledge of spare parts of leading brands in the market.
- Travel to high-priority existing and prospective locations as needed.
- Become proficient in equipment/ parts selection based on many variables.
- Work with local customers to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (turnover, margin, and quality of service).
- Meet and exceed sales targets of products.
- Ensure technical requirements for customers are met.
- Determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical training with commercial experience is a plus.
- Availability to travel M-F
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
- 2 years' sales experience, preferably in Green Energy, Battery Storage, Solar panels, construction materials.
- Familiar with BESS and lithium battery cell fields.
- Military Veteran is a plus
- High level of proactivity and team spirit.
- Commercial training in technical skills is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Must be physically able to climb onto structures stairs, ladders, scaffolds at jobsites, customer facilities, industrial plants, and mines, inspect equipment for failure and process analysis and enter equipment access points.
