BlueBox is a smart parcel locker solution developed by Bluebits Technologies that tackle the long-standing Last-Mile Delivery challenges - delivery inefficiency, parcel theft, carbon emissions, and congestion. We take pride in creating this fantastic solution to help our communities economically and environmentally.
We are now looking for a capable and high-potential full-time outbound B2B Business Development Manager / Associate to join us in our Toronto Branch (located in North York) to support our fast growth and ambitions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement business development strategies
· Take full responsibility to build a strong business pipeline and hit sales target
· Identify new partnership opportunities that align with business strategies and take strong actions to approach it
· Forecast business growth, track and identify further areas of opportunity for growth
· Contact and build relationships with business influencers from different market segments like multi-residential/commercial property development, management & maintenance (private and/or public sectors), and so on
· Communicate with self-developed or assigned prospects & clients over email, text, phone or social media about service capabilities and value propositions
· Provide an excellent customer experience with each point of contact
· Provide feedback to the marketing team and R&D team for bettering the products and service solutions
· Prepare and refine work-related documents like email, proposals, pitching and so on
· Participate in public meetings, seminars, and networking events to expand the market presence and business network
· Other duties and projects as required
Qualifications:
· At least three years related work experience (required)
· Track record of successful sales pursuits
· Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
· Result-oriented and self-motivated
· Can effectively cope with changes and move forward at a fast pace
· Ability to work independently and reliable to meet deadlines
· Driver’s licence
· Work experience in property development, management &maintenance, multi-residential construction and logistics organizations will be an asset
