Manage due diligence for select development projects, working collaboratively with internal partners and third-party consultants

Collaborate with the development and construction teams, manage quarterly development budgets and cash flow projections to update estimated returns

Undergraduate degree in commerce and/or business with a focus on corporate finance

Highly proficient financial modeling (Excel) and presentation creation (PowerPoint) skills with a strong focus on attention to detail

Technical skills and knowledge: completion of the CSC.CFA/CAIA/CIM, Sales training – Fusion, Sequoia or equivalent are all positives

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the financial services industry

Work in partnership with the VP, Sales supporting and implementing their sales strategy and follow-up programs

Focus on generating sales, target attainment, working with IIROC and MFDA advisors in a predetermined sales territory

Conducting 75-100 outbound calls per week

2 to 3 years of experience in business development, key account management, retail sales or distribution within the CPG industry.

Conduct regular sales analysis, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Develop and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart and Loblaws stores, including store managers and department associates.

Experience of working with Walmart and Loblaws banners shall be preferred

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsible to drive sales and distribution in Walmart and Loblaws accounts

Ability to work under pressure with multiple competing deadlines. Strong project management skills

Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Assist with the financial analysis of potential dispositions, redevelopment opportunities, and other portfolio management analysis where required

One to three years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or investment banking (capital markets/brokerage)

Develop market knowledge by attending conferences, meeting key industry professionals, collecting information on comparable sales, and reviewing/synthesizing market reports

Relevant undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, economics, real estate, mathematics, or accounting

● Project finance and financial modelling experience, ideally accompanied by at least 1-year of on-the-job experience

● Strong writing, oral and interpersonal communication skills

● Coding knowledge, including VBA and/or Python, are an asset

Transition from training and begin to launch and then manage a subset of Dot Canada suppliers

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience

Degree emphasis in business, finance, supply chain, or marketing

Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
