As a Regional Business Manager, you will be leading a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives in the promotion of innovative products to HCPs. If you have previous pharmaceutical sales experience and are looking to advance your career into an RBM, we'd love to hear from you!
To achieve success in this position you will;
- Play an important role in the development and modification of training packages for representatives.
- The implementation of classroom training and field coaching of Impres representatives in your region.
- Provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management.
- Assist in the recruitment and interview process of candidates seeking to join Impres.
- Lead and support our highly driven team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the promotion of products from leading pharmaceutical companies to Family Physicians and Pharmacists.
- Communicate to management on a regular basis the status of your team's skill development, activity and sales performance.
- Assessment of physiciansresponse to the promotional message and associated support resources and relay finding to upper management.
What you bring to the table
- Ability to travel (30%-40%)
- No previous pharmaceutical management experience is required.
- A passion for coaching people to maximum performance
- Bilingual in French and English is required.
- As this position requires in-person interaction within healthcare settings we require full vaccination for COVID- 19
- Unusual level of Drive, Competitive Spirit and Track Record of Achievement
- Experience as a field sales trainer is an asset
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (ideally 2 years selling in a specialty environment)
- Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills
- Valid Drivers Licenserequired
- University Degree.Ideally with completion of your CCPE designation
