Our client in the Property Management industry, has been providing exceptional customer experiences within the Condominium, Retail, Commercial, and Industrial sectors, and has been operating for over 35 years. They are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join their growing team!
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing operations on-site and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Organizing annual business and budget planning to achieve operational excellence
- Establish, execute, and supervise company processes, policies, and systems
- Assess the overall effectiveness of PPE use, training, and policies
- Run site inspections
- Be the main point of contact for the clients' site management
- Responsible for completing workplace hazard assessments
- Work alongside clients to ensure client retention
- Provide feedback to operational drivers as they contribute to budgetary success
- Administer and approve site procurement
What you bring:
- You have over 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager role
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You possess a valid G Class Ontario Driver's License
- You have exposure to Google Suite and CRMs
- Experience managing a team

- Strong management skills and experience managing a team
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Competent in developing and executing operational strategies, improving efficiency and productivity
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech savvy and skilled in MS Office and other related software applications
- Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License
