Job Description
Lab Manager: Pathology / Histology
Immediate Opening!
This is a wonderful opportunity to build your own team working as a Lab Manager.

Working as the laboratory manager, you’ll perform a variety of general and laboratory specific administrative duties.
Generally, you spend your day in a laboratory office setting, hiring new staff, evaluating job performance, updating technicians, and making sound business decisions required to keep the lab running smoothly without a hitch!
Requirements
  • CSMLS / CMLTO Certified
  • Good verbal, numerical and visual skills along with excellent manual dexterity
  • A commitment to fostering a high professional standard and encouraging good staff relationships
  • Knowledge and/or experience of good laboratory practices desired
  • 5 to 7 years experience in supervision laboratory teams
  • Vast experience within pathology / histology diagnostic services
  • A solid mentoring attitude, inspiring loyalty in others
