Regional Store Manager Jobs

We are looking for a Full-time Branch Manager for our 7 locations in GTA Toronto.

SUMMARY:

The branch manager's role includes working with customers to find the best solutions for their issues, creating strategies for sales success, and maintaining a positive workplace. In order for the stores to be successful, a Branch Manager must help staff achieve their performance goals, create a welcoming environment for staff and customers, and help resolve any issues either group may have.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Look for growth opportunities within the branch
• Manage staff, aiding them in goal setting
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensure marketing strategies are executed
• Ensure a safe environment, including theft prevention
• Identify risks within the business
• Ensure employees are complying with company policies

Skills & Qualification requirements:

• Strong strategic acumen for leading growth opportunities
• Great verbal and written communication skills (Must be able to speak Chinese)
• Understanding of financials and related products
• Leadership skills
• Ability to multitask on a variety of projects
