Job Description

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

The Branch Manager in the industrial field will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of the different territories, with a focus on optimizing productivity and driving organizational effectiveness. They will strive to uphold high standards of excellence and quality while seeking opportunities for business expansion and growth through the development of new business relationships.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees in the industrial field to support service growth, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives. Assign weekly performance goals, monitor progress, and provide necessary guidance and feedback.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address internal staff conflicts promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that benefit all parties involved and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Safety Management: Prioritize employee safety by managing monthly safety meetings and implementing safety protocols throughout the industrial branch.
  • Project Management: Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule, meeting both internal and external commitments. Efficiently allocate resources to maximize productivity and achieve project objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary plans, ensuring proper allocation of resources to support the industrial branch's needs. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.
  • Business Development: Identify potential opportunities for business expansion in the industrial sector. Foster and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance the branch's market presence and drive growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance within the industrial sector. Identify key areas for improvement and implement innovative approaches to achieve operational excellence.
  • Policy and Procedure Enforcement: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications within the industrial division. Foster a culture that values adherence to safety protocols and ethical practices.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, safety, and ethical conduct within the industrial division.
  • Proven experience in the industrial field, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and challenges.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, with the ability to oversee and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business management or a related field, with a focus on industrial practices and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, improve operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management in an industrial context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
