What you’ll do:

Reporting into the B2C Operations Manager, this position is a part of the Leadership Team.

This role is responsible for:

• Providing strategic direction to Food Store Team Leaders and Members to ensure safe, effective operations and processes which align with the strategy, objectives and vision of the respective departments.
• Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to determine current and future capabilities required for effective execution of merchandising, marketing, image/fixed assets, talent development in addition to driving sales.

• Must have previous experience (5 to 10 Years) in progressive and successful retail management.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• You demonstrate the ability to provide leadership and motivate employees.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills.
• You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
• You are highly motivated and organized.
• Must have Grade 12 or Equivalent with a preference for post-secondary education (business diploma or degree)
