Experience at multi-stakeholder tables or in finding solutions within a group that reflects a range of interests and perspectives.

Direct experience in developing or implementing provincial and/or federal environmental policy and regulation.

Stay up to date with the latest threat intelligence and industry trends to continuously improve the organization's threat hunting capabilities

Hunt and identify activity related to threat actor groups and their techniques, tools, and processes in the client’s environments

Develop and maintain threat hunting playbooks and procedures.

In collaboration with Continuous testing team, validate what is detected or prevented.

Collaborate to improve the effectiveness of the current controls and defences in place.

Participate with clients to set rules of engagement, timelines, and expectations.

Project management skills – planning, prioritizing, delegating, influencing, and tracking. Note that formal project management qualifications are not required.

Strong interpersonal/communication skills - both written and verbal; must be comfortable presenting to and leading discussions with senior management.

Support the adherence of assortment planning and meeting the high level KPIs established at the Senior Management level.

Refinement and integration of the Category Management Framework

Post-secondary university education, preferably in business

At least 3-5 years of experience in a retail organization with proven strategy development experience.

A post secondary degree in Finance or Accounting

Minimum 2 years experience in an investment banking or accounting role

Strong modelling skills and deep financial understanding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team

International experience is considered an asset

Previous oil and gas experience is considered an asset

Prepare and manage net operating income (NOI) reporting and analysis of results for earnings presentation

Familiarity with a buy and build model and VMS or software experience/knowledge

2-5 years of experience in a similar role like Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A or Corporate Development

Demonstrated experience of business analysis (case studies or online articles a bonus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Predictive Modeling : Leverage demonstrated experience building, validating and deploying predictive models and algorithms to personalize the player experience.

6+ years of experience working as a data analyst in a professional setting;

Solid experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests;

Hands on experience using Python and/or R for data analysis;

Experience developing with data visualization tools and BI platforms such as Looker;
