Senior Billing Analyst Jobs in Alberta

A post secondary degree in Finance or Accounting

Minimum 2 years experience in an investment banking or accounting role

Strong modelling skills and deep financial understanding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team

International experience is considered an asset

Previous oil and gas experience is considered an asset

Depending on qualifications, selected candidates may be offered a role at a more appropriate level.

Manage the company billing system for proper account set-up and activity flow.

Monitor and support billing adjustment requirements.

Strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills.

Superior knowledge of all related computer applications.

Develop reports and presentations to communicate key market drivers and fundamental shifts in the coverage areas to senior management.

Minimum of an undergraduate degree in economics, business/finance, engineering, or related; a graduate degree would be an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage and adapt quickly and comfortably to changing priorities.

Perform ad-hoc research and analysis, as requested.

Keen attention to detail with the ability to develop answers to a broad range of questions.

Experience and/or working knowledge of SAP.

Manage collections to ensure 85% current receivables; correspond with customers and work with internal stakeholders regarding collections.

4+ years’ experience in a billing role.

Experience with MS Office applications (Intermediate Excel a must).

Knowledge of third-party systems a must.

Outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
