Early Careers: Corporate Risk & Broking – Rotational Graduate Development Program - 2023

WTW's Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a centrally Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) segment ran, two-year rotational program for recent college graduates. The program offers a centralized program team to support talent throughout the program by providing the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base across the commercial risk space and build a diverse network through exposure to different lines of business within CRB. This program is designed with two twelve-month rotations, to set you up with a holistic view of CRB to gain hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities before landing in a fixed role.

Rotation placements are made through a mutual selection process between colleague preference and business needs. The program provides the opportunity for graduates to work alongside senior leadership and add value to client-facing exposures from accounts in the Fortune 500 sector to small local business areas. The program offers a supportive community within WTW through in-person and virtual trainings, Senior Speaker Series, Risk and Analytics curriculum, professional designation support, mentorship, stretch project opportunities, specialized track options such as sales and actuarial, and more. Duties and Responsibilities

• Become a champion of our suite of analytic tools throughout our structured hands-on curriculum.
• Collaboratively work with your GDP class supporting project opportunities and various training opportunities and trainings.
• Dedicated program team to assist with navigation of opportunities within the business. Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including a structured orientation.
• Become a super user across various organizational technology platforms.
• Support the development and implementation of new strategies and products.
• Work alongside colleagues of all levels and learn from WTW Senior leadership from the global scope .
• Gain exposure to client accounts ranging in the Fortune 500 sector to smaller market local business areas.
