Program Overview


  • 2 rotations over 24 months
  • Possible rotations include Marketing Technology, Marketing Measurement, Demand Generation, Strategy & Planning


How You’ll Make An Impact


  • Build dashboards to better visualize our marketing data, gathering actionable insights and making connections to tell a powerful story
  • Support execution of high-potential, high-profile, digital programs and technology implementation (web, digital media, analytics, marketing technology, and more).
  • Optimize the web experience on digital storefronts to drive revenue growth through personalization at scale, working in partnership with global marketing & technology teams
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to highlight risks and opportunities based on reporting while taking the initiative to develop action plans to drive superior performance


What You’ll Bring To The Team


  • Graduating in 2024 with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, dual degree in Business Administration and Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, or social media techniques
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and business intelligence tools.
  • Self-starter and team player with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic and the ability to gather, synthesize, organize, and report information
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
