HR Manager - Toronto, Canada (Onsite):

About the role: Tredence is looking for an HR Manager for our new Toronto office. This will be the go-to contact for all employees in Canada, to lead HR and Administrative responsibilities for new joiners and for transfers to this location.

We need someone with great energy who can help to drive the culture of the office and is excited about working in a rapidly growing technology company.

:

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience in Ontario. US experience desired.

• Prior HR experience in an organization with heaving emphasis on employee relations and understanding the importance of AODA training and ongoing development

• Superb communication skills

• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are a must).

• Knowledge of specific HR policies, health insurance, laws and governance in Ontario and Canada

• Understanding of RRSP/TFSA administration

• Maintain a calm and confident demeanor

• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards

• Competent at researching and presenting information to upper management
